What is my size?

Our sizing has a relaxed fit, but is true to size, so if you wear M on most brands, you'll most likely won't have problems if you choose size M. If you want a more oversized look, we recommend you go for a size larger than your usual. If you still have any doubts, feel free to e-mail us at info@onemtry.com.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Continental Portugal: 3-5 business days Azores: 7-15 business days Madeira 5-7 business days
Can I return something?

Yes, you can! We accept returns until after 15 days of your purchase and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For the unlikely and terrifying situation of a damaged or faulty item, returns are free of charge for costumers. If you just changed your mind or it doesn't fit you, we accept the return, but you're in charge of shipping costs. To return your product, please contact info@onemtry.com with your order number and your case.
What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept most of credit cards like MasterCard, Visa, American Express, etc; Apple Pay; MBWay and Bank Transfers. We are also working on adding more payment methods. To pay via MBWay or Bank Transfer, please select Manual Payment at check out. Add your order number and send a proof of payment by e-mail to info@onemtry.com.
