Shipping

We offer standard (Portugal) shipping through CTT Correios de Portugal.

The shipping cost is at your expense.

We offer free shipping within Portugal on orders over 100€.

You will be responsible in case of loss or damage to the products during transport.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return your order within 15 days of receiving it. Please contact us through e-mail us at info@onemtry.com.

The returned articles must be unworn and original tags must still be intact.

You will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.

Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using store credit.
